Between work, the gym, and trying to maintain a social life, I find that my "me time" is getting smaller and smaller. Sometimes I just want to put on some porn videos and switch my brain off for a few minutes before the cycle starts again. My concern is that I’m using it as a crutch for burnout. I talked to a buddy about it, and he said he does the same thing, but it made me wonder if there are healthier ways to decompress that don't involve a screen. How do you guys manage your downtime when you’re feeling completely drained from the day?

Scrolling through the "New Posts" section and ended up here. The topic of burnout is so universal these days; it feels like everyone I know is running on empty. It’s interesting to see how it manifests in different ways for different people, whether it’s through digital habits or just sheer exhaustion. I don't really have much advice on the specific subject, but I can definitely relate to the feeling of needing to "switch off" the brain after a long shift. I hope everyone manages to get some actual rest this weekend—the world can wait for a bit!
